Do you like to work in an entrepreneurial organization and are you looking for wide-range job for 20-32 hours per week? Then you might be the office manager we are looking for!

Your role

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.

  • Oversee office supplies inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.

  • Managing relationships with facilities suppliers e.g. cleaning and maintenance, building management, office equipment suppliers, etc

  • Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and executives.

  • Manage office budgets and expenses.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.

  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Job requirements

Who are you

  • You bring a minimum of 3 years proven experience in office management, administration, or management assistance

  • Colleagues and friends know you as an enthusiastic, social and energetic personality

  • Time management is your middle name and you know how to multi-task and prioritise your work

  • Taking ownership comes naturally to you, you have a hands-on and proactive mentality

  • You pay attention to detail and you have problem-solving skills

  • You have the ability to work independently

  • You have strong communications skills, verbally and in writing both in Dutch and English
