WEBB has the ambition to become a global leading trading firm and therefore we strive to be the employer all smart and excellent people want to work for. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner to manage our enthusiastic HR team of 3 people.


As The Lead Talent Acquisition and HRBP you are responsible for turning WEBB Traders into an employer people never want to leave and that candidates are standing in line for to be able to work at.

Requirements

Who are you

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in talent acquisition preferable in the tech industry and in a fast-growing company
  • Solid understanding of all the disciplines within HR: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HR Systems, HR Operations and Employee Engagement
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
