We are looking for an intern or working student that will help shape the candidate experience and employee journey from the inside out — supporting our HR operations and strengthening our employer brand to attract top talent.
Your role
· HR support and HR admin: Contribute to the monthly payroll process, work on onboarding joiners and offboarding leavers, maintain and update employee records.
· Contribute to employer branding initiatives: Create engaging content for social media, the WEBB career page, and other communication channels.
· Serve as a contact person for universities and student associations: Coordinate partnerships and organize participation in career fairs and campus events.
· Enhance internal HR processes: Support continuous improvement of HR documentation, workflows, and internal procedures.
Job requirements
Who are you
· You are currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, ideally in the mid to final stage of your studies.
· You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
· You enjoy interacting with different people from diverse backgrounds and professional experience, you radiate positive energy and enthusiasm
· You are detail-oriented and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.
· You enjoy creative stuff, such as social media branding.
· You are tech-savvy; you easily work with content management systems and Excel
· Experience with tools like Figma and LinkedIn is a plus.
· You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
